The formula for 5G NR ARFCN is described in 3GPP TS 38.104 chapter 5.4.2.1. F REF is the frequency referring to the N REF , which is the NR-ARFCN. Other parameters for each frequency range for the calculation are given in below table in 3GPP. Keep in touch!
